The TOEIC® test (TEST OF ENGLISH FOR INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION™) measures proficiency in international business English, at intermediate to advanced levels. With more than 4.5 million test takers per year, the TOEIC test is the global standard for measuring English proficiency. Besides the Listening and Reading test, the TOEIC test now includes the Speaking and Writing tests, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of an employee’s language skills.

TOEIC® Practice Online: Speaking and Writing is an online resource that offers practice on speaking and writing skills. The test is accessible 24/7 from anywhere, and is scored by ETS trained raters who provide detailed feedback within 10 working days. It is an ideal tool to use in in-house language training programmes, since it provides proficiency descriptions and focuses attention on areas which require improvement. Companies can use the TOEIC Practice Online: Speaking and Writing to make an efficient evaluation of their employees’ language proficiency before selecting English training programmes.

The TOEIC® Bridge test measures business English proficiency in listening and reading, at beginner to intermediate levels. The Bridge test can be used in the recruitment of employees who require rudimentary knowledge of English at the workplace. It also functions as a developmental tool that can be administered a number of times to evaluate employee progress in language training.

The TFI™ test (Test de Français International) is a French language proficiency test for non-native speakers of French. It measures and certifies the French skills of people working in a professional context, from beginner to advanced levels. HR managers and recruiters determine minimum language requirements for specific jobs, and use TFI scores to assess whether candidates are at the required level. The test is also used to assess individual progress in language training programmes, and mobility of employees.
