3 days before your online training session, you will receive a confirmation from the WebEx messenger service at the e-mail you supplied when registering for the online training session. In this email you will have an access code permitting you to join the session via the WebEx website as well as a phone number which will permit you to hear the presentation and ask questions at the end of the presentation.
